Embroidery
provides a professional finish, especially on garments
that can't be printed on, such as knitwear and fleece
fabrics. Is is particularly cost effective on multi-coloured
logos, as the price is based on the number of stitches,
not the number of colours.
For
a free quote, please provide your design in full colour
as a jpeg via email, or post it to us on a business
card or letterhead.
Step
1: The image is first scanned into our computer
which converts the design into hundreds of digital
stitches. Your design can have up to 6 colours This
is then saved to disk. Disk setup costs are £5
per 1000 stitches. As an example, an average pocket
sized logo (4' x 4') will cost around £35. This
is stored for future orders
Step
2: The data is then fed into the computer controlled
embroidery machine that stitches all the colours needed
to make your finished garment. The embroidering of
the garment is charged at 40p per 1000 stitches so
the same pocket sized logo would cost £2.80
per logo.
Due
to the setting up and running of machines, there is
a minimum order of 5 garments.

Only Logos
For
individual names or initials, we can offer a
special price of £2.25 for a small or
£3 to £7 for large (depending on
stitch count.
For
logo's made up of just text, we charge £7.50
setup, and £2.50 per logo
For
larger text logos (eg. Poulton Youth F.C. accross
the back), we charge £12 setup and £4.50
per logo. |
